Schedule an Appointment

Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new appointment scheduling process!
Please review the following information to ensure a successful appointment experience.

General Information

Household Visits:

  • Households may visit up to (2) times per calendar month.
  • Only one adult may shop the pantry per household, per visit

Cancellations:

  • Call us at 970-375-2672 or email appointments@durangofoodbank.org to cancel or reschedule.
  • Missed appointments without advance notice will count towards your 2 visit monthly limit.

Walk-Ins:

  • We cannot guarantee assistance for walk-ins. If accommodated, wait times may be longer.
Existing Clients

To improve data security, each client will receive a personalized scheduling link to use when booking all future appointments.

  • How to Get Your Link: Email us at appointments@durangofoodbank.org to request your personalized scheduling link.
  • Wait for Your Personalized Scheduling Link: Please allow a few days and check your spam folder.
  • Add notifications@oasisinsight.net to your contacts: This will ensure you receive your link & appointment reminders.
  • Schedule Appointment: Once your link arrives, use it to schedule each of your appointments.
New Clients

Welcome! Please follow these steps to schedule your first appointment:

  • Review Residency Requirement Below.
  • Complete the Intake Form: Fill out the New Client Intake Form.
  • Wait for Your Personalized Scheduling Link: Once your form is processed, we’ll email you your personalized scheduling link. Please allow a few days and check your spam folder. Use this link to schedule all future appointments.
  • Add notifications@oasisinsight.net to your contacts: This will ensure you receive appointment reminders.
  • Need an Immediate Appointment? After completing the intake form, call or email us to make special arrangements.
  • Your Food Assistance Visit: Arrive at the Durango Food Bank during your scheduled appointment time to shop our Self Select Pantry.

NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE?

No internet or email access? Call us at 970-375-2672, and we’ll help you book an appointment.

Special Arrangements: If you need services outside regular hours or require special assistance, contact us at 970.375.2672 to make accommodations.

Residency Requirement

Our programs are available to all residents of La Plata County. You must bring:

  • A picture ID for each visit.
  • Proof of La Plata County residency, if your ID does not show your current address.

Acceptable Picture IDs:

  • Current driver’s license or state ID
  • U.S. Passport
  • U.S. Military Identification Card
  • College/University Student ID
  • Consulate ID (Proof of ID only, not residency)

Acceptable Proof of Residency (if needed):

Must display your name and physical address (not a P.O. Box):

  • Utility bill (not cell phone bills)
  • Rental agreement/lease (not handwritten)
  • Current mortgage statement
  • Bank statement (dated within 30 days)
  • Property tax notice (dated within one year)
  • School transcript (dated within 90 days)
  • Valid Colorado vehicle registration or title
  • Wage Statement (showing physical address)
  • Court documents
